Before getting into the full review, I want to note that the service department was excellent. Aaron and Chris were extremely understanding, professional, and helpful while inspecting my vehicle. They were truly the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience - 5 stars Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. This dealership sold me a CPO vehicle with major mechanical issues on December 15, through no fault of my own. I spent much of January being sent in circles trying to resolve the situation. My original request was a reasonable buyback with no loss of equity, especially since I had only owned and driven the vehicle for about 2½ weeks, but this was not fairly considered. Matt was helpful and professional, and I understand the situation was largely outside of his control. However, I was repeatedly told the GM, Chris Jung, would contact me. Instead, I was handed off to Bobby Long, who offered no new information and further delayed resolution. When I finally reached Chris Jung myself, his response was dismissive and amounted to the same $11,000 loss on a vehicle I hadn’t even made a first payment on when I originally came. That trade offer is well below fair market value, despite my willingness to pay more for a comparable replacement. Due to the lack of accountability and resolution, a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General. I would not recommend this dealership.

Reason for Visit: New Sales Vehicle: 2026 Chevrolet
Reason for Visit: New Sales Vehicle: 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe Overall Rating: 1.0 (Worst) The Nightmare That Was Delivered The "new" vehicle proved dangerously unreliable almost immediately, having less than 70 miles on the odometer when it was taken out of service. Delivery Flaw: The Tahoe was returned the next day to fix a mirror that had fallen off during transport. Critical Safety Failure (Attempt 1): The day after pickup, a "SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM" warning light came on. I returned it to the dealership that evening. Critical Safety Failure (Attempt 2 & 3): The dealership claimed to fix it. We picked it up, drove a short distance to Sam's Club, and the "SERVICE BRAKE" light immediately came back on. The car was dropped off again that night. The Cost of the Failure The Tahoe was purchased on December 3rd, and it has been sitting in Spitzer Chevy's service bay ever since. This failure stole my family's only scheduled vacation time. We were forced to cancel all our planned trips to make those cherished memories—Disney World, the Pixar exhibit, and the NYC Christmas trip are all gone. Instead, my time off was spent driving an unreliable old vehicle and dealing with this nightmare. As a small business owner, I demand reliability and integrity. This brand new, expensive 2026 Tahoe has been out of service for over 30 days, placing it squarely in Ohio Lemon Law territory. I have opened a corporate case with General Motors (GM) and am formally demanding a full repurchase (buyback) or a replacement vehicle. Spitzer Chevy sold me a defective vehicle and failed to execute basic repairs, costing my family irreplaceable time and memories. I caution any potential buyer: Exercise extreme caution when dealing with the reliability of a new Chevrolet from this dealership.

He got me a new truck alright but I was never made aware that it was going to cost me a half dozen new dings on my credit or that I was going to end up paying $49k for a truck that they wanted $20k for when I make $64k/year, had a trade in, and had a credit score of 700, and I put down $1k. They also told me That Capital One was their preferred lender when it turns out that they are considered a predatory loan company. JDBNow wasn't much better. All should be investigated by the Ohio Attorney General and I got that ball rolling,

I brought my Chevrolet Silverado to your dealership for an oil pan repair after it developed a leak. The truck spent three days in the shop, during which I was told the extended warranty company had found a "loophole" and would not cover the work — even though the oil pan had been replaced just over a year earlier. Uncomfortable driving the vehicle with an active oil leak for safety reasons, we reluctantly paid out-of-pocket to have the repair completed. Once home, we re-reviewed the contract and contacted the warranty provider directly. They confirmed the repair was approved and were confused why we had been charged at all. I immediately called the service manager, who said he would look into it. While waiting for a callback, we noticed the truck was leaking oil heavily again. I contacted the dealership once more, and they promptly sent a tow truck to retrieve it. Their diagnosis: the sealant from the first repair had not adhered properly. The service technician admitted the oversight on the warranty authorization. Management agreed to cover the difference and issue a refund check for what I had paid out-of-pocket. They also delivered the truck back to my home and cleaned up the oil spill in my driveway. While I appreciate the eventual accountability and the effort to make things right on the second visit, several serious concerns remain: It should not have taken anther major oil leak and a tow for the dealership to properly handle a straightforward warranty approval. I have still not received the promised refund for the initial out-of-pocket payment, despite the issue being acknowledged weeks ago. An oil pan (or its sealant) failing under 10,000 miles raises questions about quality of parts, installation, or diagnosis. This experience makes me wonder how many other customers have been incorrectly told their warranty would not cover a repair when, in fact, it should have. These issues have left me doubting the consistency and reliability of the service department. As a result, I will be taking any future warranty work to a different Chevrolet dealership. I strongly encourage the dealership to improve warranty communication, double-check authorizations before charging customers, and ensure promised refunds are processed promptly. Customers deserve better than having to escalate problems themselves just to get what their contract already covers. Thank you to the team that eventually corrected the mistake — but the initial errors and the delayed refund have damaged my trust.

Showed up without an appointment due to battery failure. I was able to get in without an appointment, added LOF and rotate to service work, grab a courtesy ride without notice, and the work was still completed within three hours - more than reasonable. Nice job!
