Being $5000 in debt from the previous vehicle I was sold at Spitzer that was in the shop literally every month is horrible. I wish the Spitzer family would give their managers authority to honor the loan price value towards a new vehicle in circumstances where the vehicle that a customer had for only 2 years has serious, constant issues. But Nick Moran was very helpful, respectful, and patient. I appreciate his help in getting me a reliable vehicle this time.

He got me a new truck alright but I was never made aware that it was going to cost me a half dozen new dings on my credit or that I was going to end up paying $49k for a truck that they wanted $20k for when I make $64k/year, had a trade in, and had a credit score of 700, and I put down $1k. They also told me That Capital One was their preferred lender when it turns out that they are considered a predatory loan company. JDBNow wasn't much better. All should be investigated by the Ohio Attorney General and I got that ball rolling,
